It's a physical impossibility.
The same way you cannot sip and blow at the same time. (I hope you are not trying it right now. :-) ).
Sounds silly but, I see that many times we try to do things that are exactly that, almost opposite forces. The result is 0 movement and 100% frustration.
We could be talking about alignment, prioritization… oftentimes is enough to do a step back, stop tunnel vision and look at the bigger picture. Get perspective. Use the "uncommon" sense.
Do it often enough so there is always a clear answer to the WHY and it becomes a habit.
It's transformative!
